Lou joined Global Brands in September 2025 and brings over 16 years of HR experience, underpinned by a successful career in retail management where she held national leadership roles across corporate and owner-led businesses. Her career has since spanned HR positions in manufacturing, logistics and, most recently, Company Shop Group, giving her extensive experience in helping organisations develop their people and culture.

Passionate about the impact people have on business success, Lou believes that thriving organisations are built by engaged and empowered teams. She enjoys finding creative solutions to people challenges and is committed to making HR practical, engaging and memorable through coaching and training that truly sticks. Never afraid to challenge the status quo, she believes the best results often come from thinking differently.

Outside of work, Lou loves to travel and rarely visits the same place twice. She enjoys spending time with her big, lively family and is happiest when her home is full of people, good conversation and plenty of laughter.
